Throttle is a utility that claims to be able to make any computer run faster both online and offline. The program has a very simple interface with just a single button to activate all the changes needed to the underlying operating system. Throttle claims to be able to make transfer speeds faster, reduce latency and even improve the speed of doing things like booting up and opening windows.
